1. Who we are

Mobaiku Digital Co., Ltd ("we", "us") develops and operates the mobile game Lottery Scratchers Lucky and its regional editions (collectively, the "App"). This policy explains what the App collects, why, who it is shared with, and what choices you have. It applies to the iOS editions distributed on the Apple App Store.

The App is entertainment only. All tickets, prizes, coins and "winnings" in the App are virtual game items with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, redeemed or cashed out for real money, goods or any other item of value. The App does not offer real-money gambling, and outcomes in the App do not predict or reflect results in any real lottery. The App is intended for adults (18+).

2. We do not ask you for personal information

The App has no account system and no login. We never ask you for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, address, government ID or payment card details. You can play without providing any personal information to us.

If you choose to contact us by email, we receive whatever you put in that email (your email address and the content of your message) and use it solely to answer you.

The categories below match the "App Privacy" labels shown on our App Store product page.

We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, health data, browsing history, microphone or camera input, or any sensitive personal information.

4. Third parties

The App is free and is funded by advertising. The following third parties receive data as described above:

AppLovin MAX (AppLovin Corporation) — advertising mediation. AppLovin selects and delivers the banner, interstitial and rewarded-video ads shown in the App, and may pass ad requests to other advertising networks in its mediation stack. Apple Inc. — App Store distribution and In-App Purchase processing. Payments are handled entirely by Apple; we receive only confirmation that a purchase succeeded. Privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone other than the parties listed above.

5. Tracking and the App Tracking Transparency prompt

On first launch, iOS shows you a permission prompt asking whether the App may track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.

If you allow it, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is shared with our advertising partner so that ads can be personalised and measured.
If you decline, the advertising identifier is not used for tracking. You will still see ads, but they will be less relevant. Declining does not restrict any game feature — every part of the App works exactly the same.
You can change your answer at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking on your device.

You can also limit personalised ads system-wide in Settings › Privacy & Security › Apple Advertising.

6. Where data is stored and for how long

On your device: game progress and settings. They remain until you delete the App (or reset progress in-game). Deleting the App removes them, except for any copy inside an iCloud or iTunes backup you made yourself.
On our servers: nothing. We do not operate accounts and we do not keep a copy of your game data or advertising data.
With third parties: advertising data is retained by AppLovin and its mediated networks under their own retention schedules — see the privacy policy linked in section 4. Purchase records are retained by Apple.
Support email: if you email us, we keep the correspondence for up to 24 months, then delete it.

7. Your rights and choices

Stop all collection: delete the App. No further data is collected.
Opt out of tracking: decline the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or turn tracking off later in iOS Settings (section 5).
Remove ads: the App offers optional in-app purchases that remove banner and/or video ads.
Access or deletion: depending on where you live (for example the EEA/UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA) you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information relating to you, and to object to certain processing. Because we hold no account data, the fastest route for advertising data is to contact AppLovin directly using the policy linked in section 4. You are also welcome to email us and we will help.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.

8. Children

The App simulates lottery scratch cards, is rated 18+ on the App Store, and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the App and that data was collected, email [email protected] and we will delete what we can and ask our advertising partner to do the same.

9. International transfers

Our advertising partner operates globally, so advertising data may be processed in countries other than the one you live in, including the United States. Those transfers are made under the safeguards described in that partner's own privacy policy.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change what the App collects or who receives it, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Material changes will also be reflected in the App Privacy labels on our App Store product page.
